Matrix Design Group is a growing organization, known for developing and providing safety and productivity technology for the mining and industrial markets, is a wholly owned subsidiary Alliance Resource Partners, LP. The growing organization was looking to create a corporate headquarters with a state-of-the-art product testing lab, expanded office space for growth, and a training center for employees, customers, and distributors enabling increased education, support, and development related to Matrix’s product lines.
The 39,000 SF building consists of an exterior skin composed of metal panels, Nichiha fiber cement panels, and storefront glass and glazing. As the Construction Manager/General Contractor for this project, Traylor Building had an expedited schedule that began in March 2024 with substantial completion in March 2025.
